I work for an agency who provide training services to the unemployed. We work through a goverment grant and all our clients mus complete the I-9 form the Employment Eligibility Verification.Could you please advice me on this question? If I have a client that provides me a current or an expired state Id or Drivers licence along with a social security card that states validation for work only with INS authorization, does this satisfies the I-9 form? or does he has to show his INS work authorization? I tried to call the INS department two times but I stood in the phone for 25 min and I was disconnected. Could you help me with this information?Your response is well apriciatded.
